Fibreglass Layup Technician

Maax Bath Inc is seeking a skilled Fibreglass Layup Technician to join our team. As a key member of our production department, you will be responsible for laying up fibreglass components and ensuring high-quality products are delivered to our customers.

To succeed in this role, you should have no formal education, but be willing to learn and train on the job. Previous experience is not necessary, as we provide comprehensive training to our team members.

This is a hands-on role that requires you to work in a noisy, dusty, and hot environment. If you're comfortable working in such conditions and are willing to relocate for the position, we encourage you to apply.

• You will operate machines and equipment to cut, shape, and fit plastic materials, and use hand tools to assemble composite materials.
• Your tasks will also include inspecting manufactured products for defects and conformance to quality standards.
• In addition, you'll need to prepare reports on inspected products and make minor adjustments or repairs as required.

• A competitive salary range of $45,000 - $55,000 per year, depending on location and experience.
