We're an early-stage startup that's growing extremely quickly, and we're seeking a highly skilled Marketing Manager to join our team.

About the Role:

As the Founding Marketing Manager, you'll be on the frontlines of sharing disruptive govtech solutions with the world. This includes telling the story of how cutting-edge tech is catapulting the most innovative businesses to receive government funding.

You'll transform the business landscape and drive job growth while experimenting and having a lot of fun doing it.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate company and industry events to showcase our innovative solutions.
  • Manage paid ads campaigns to increase brand awareness and drive website traffic.
  • Increase organic growth through search engine optimization and content creation.
  • Develop and execute innovative go-to-market strategies to reach new customers.
  • Collaborate with the product team to effectively communicate our value proposition.
  • Analyze marketing metrics and provide regular performance reports to inform data-driven decisions.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to ensure we remain competitive.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 2 years of marketing experience, preferably in the government contracting or B2B SaaS space.
  • Strong social media management and content creation capabilities.
  • Basic understanding of SEO and digital marketing principles.
  • Creativity and willingness to experiment with new marketing approaches.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Interest in government contracting and/or B2B SaaS is a plus.
