About the JobThis role involves overseeing the delivery of training programs as part of client transformation enablement. You'll work closely with clients to identify their training needs and develop tailored programs to meet those needs.
Main Responsibilities- Develop and Implement Training Programs: Create and deliver training programs that align with organizational goals and meet the needs of learners.
- Manage Trainers and Coaches: Supervise and support trainers to ensure they have the resources and guidance needed for successful delivery.
- Collaborate with Clients: Work with client leadership to identify training needs and develop programs that meet those needs.
- Evaluate and Improve Training: Assess the effectiveness of training programs, gather feedback, and make necessary adjustments to improve future sessions.
- Minimum 6-8 years of prior management consulting Learning & Development (L&D) experience with hands-on training delivery experience in a client-facing capacity.
- Experience of having led training delivery programs for front office (client experience personnel) and back office staff (accounting, finance, purchasing, supply chain, IT, HR).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills for both client-facing and internal purposes.
- Familiarity with eLearning platforms or Learning Management Systems (LMS) such as Docebo, Pendo, WalkMe, SAP Enable.
