Training Program Manager

About the Role:
This Client Delivery Expert will play a key role in coordinating the logistics of training programs, managing trainers, and ensuring that training content is delivered on time and is impactful. They will also be responsible for evaluating the effectiveness of training programs and gathering feedback to make necessary adjustments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and manage the delivery of training programs to ensure alignment with organizational goals.
- Supervise and support trainers to ensure they are equipped with the resources and guidance needed for successful delivery.
- Ensure that training sessions are interactive, engaging, and meet the learning needs of participants.
Requirements:
- Minimum 6-8 years of prior management consulting Learning & Development (L&D) experience with hands-on training delivery experience in client-facing capacity.
- Experience of having led training delivery program for front office (client experience personnel) and back office staff (accounting, finance, purchasing, supply chain, IT, HR).
- Experience in having led training programs for testers, superusers, end-users, managers, executive leadership.
