About the Role:
As a Senior Enterprise Software Architect, you will play a pivotal part in designing and implementing cutting-edge software solutions for our esteemed clients. Located in Toronto, ON, this role offers a unique blend of challenge and opportunity.

We are seeking an experienced professional with 10+ years of experience in application design, latest design patterns, deployment, and troubleshooting. Your expertise should include n-tier Enterprise applications, Java Enterprise technologies, and OpenText Content Suite Platform. Proficiency in Eclipse IDE or Rational RSA, JavaScript frameworks like JQuery, electronic records, and document management systems is also essential.

Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop scalable, efficient software architectures
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive software development projects forward
  • Provide technical guidance on system architecture and implementation
  • Maintain high-quality code and adhere to coding standards
  • Evaluate and implement new technologies to improve system performance and efficiency

Requirements:

  • 10+ years of experience in software development, with a focus on Enterprise-level projects
  • In-depth knowledge of Java Enterprise technologies and OpenText Content Suite Platform
  • Experience with ORM tools like JPA or Hibernate
  • Familiarity with database management systems, including SQL and Stored Procedures
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
