SCOPE and eLibrary Application Development

Maarut Inc is seeking a highly experienced Senior Enterprise Software Architect to design, architect, and develop complex enterprise applications using ASP.NET programming, including ASP.NET Web API/Rest API. The selected candidate will work with the project team to complete all relevant documentation in alignment with OPS standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop RESTful API services based on the ASP.NET Web API/Rest API framework to provide service endpoints for the new and modified webpages.
  • Develop detailed programming specifications, user interface designs, prototypes, write and/or generate code, compile data-driven programs, conduct unit tests, and debug code to troubleshoot incidents and defects.
  • Provide break-fix and change management support to the systems.
  • Analysis, design, development, testing, implementation, and documentation of solutions for relevant projects.
  • Assessment and development of enhancements and changes requested by business partners.
  • Provide application support for mission-critical enterprise applications.
  • Work with clients to design effective application changes to meet business needs.

Requirements:

  • At least 10 years of experience designing, architecting, and developing complex enterprise applications using ASP.NET programming, including ASP.NET Web API/Rest API.
  • Experience in programming and analysis at the specified experience level.
  • Experience in structured methodologies for the development, design, implementation, and maintenance of applications.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Highly developed interpersonal skills.
  • A team player with a track record for meeting deadlines.

Preferred Skills and Knowledge:

  • Windows 10 and Windows Server 2016 and later environments.
  • ASP.NET programming, including ASP.NET Web API/Rest API.
  • API documentation and design tool: Swagger.
  • .NET Framework all supported versions, including .Net 5.
  • C#.NET.
  • JavaScript frameworks: Vue.js and Angular.
  • VB.NET.
  • XML.
  • Visual Studio.
  • MS Web Services.
  • Enterprise Library.
  • Team Foundation Server (all supported versions) and Azure DevOps Services.
