Job Summary

As a Healthcare Support Professional at KOAJI Cares Inc., you will play a vital role in ensuring the comfort and well-being of our patients. This permanent position requires a strong foundation in patient care and a commitment to delivering exceptional service.

Responsibilities
  • Perform various patient care tasks, including taking vital signs and providing personal care.
  • Assist patients with daily activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.
  • Supply and empty bed pans, as needed.
  • Deliver messages, reports, and specimens between departments.
  • Make beds and maintain patients' rooms in a clean and comfortable state.
  • Supervise patients' exercise routines and administer medications as instructed.
  • Maintain inventory of supplies and participate in inventory management.
  • Transport patients between care facilities and assist with wheelchair or stretcher transportation, as needed.
  • Respond to call signals and collect specimens for testing.
  • Prepare patients for surgery by washing, shaving, and sterilizing operative areas.
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a healthcare setting
  • Ability to work 40 hours per week
  • Proficiency in English
