Job Title: Food Service Supervisor

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Food Service Supervisor to join our team at SHERE PUNJAB NIAGARA FALLS RES. As a Food Service Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our restaurant, ensuring that food and service meet quality control standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Establish methods to meet work schedules and supervise the activities of staff who prepare and portion food.
  • Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures.
  • Estimate ingredient and supplies required for meal preparation and ensure that food and service meet quality control standards.
  • Prepare and submit reports.

Requirements:

  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and under pressure.

Work Environment:

  • Noisy.

  • Hot.

Work Setting:

  • Restaurant.

Physical Demands:

  • Combination of sitting, standing, walking.
  • Standing for extended periods.
