Food Service Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Food Service Supervisor to join our team at Pizza Studio. As a Food Service Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our kitchen and dining area, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and high-quality food.
Key Responsibilities:- Leadership and Supervision: Supervise and coordinate the activities of food service staff, including training, scheduling, and performance management.
- Food Quality and Safety: Ensure that food is prepared and served to the highest standards of quality and safety, adhering to all relevant health and safety regulations.
- Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
- Inventory Management: Manage inventory levels, including ordering and receiving supplies, to ensure that we have the necessary ingredients and equipment to meet customer demand.
- Reporting and Record-Keeping: Prepare and submit reports on sales, inventory, and other key performance indicators, as well as maintain accurate records of staff performance and customer feedback.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a food service supervisory role.
- Language: English.
