Job Title: Food Service Supervisor

At Bar Burrito, we are seeking a highly skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest level of quality and service in our dining room.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Establish Work Schedules: Develop and implement efficient work schedules to meet the demands of our busy restaurant.
  • Supervise and Coordinate Staff: Lead and motivate our food service team to ensure excellent customer service and food quality.
  • Train Staff: Provide comprehensive training to new staff members on job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures.
  • Estimate Ingredients and Supplies: Accurately estimate ingredient and supply needs to ensure seamless meal preparation.
  • Quality Control: Ensure that all food and service meet our high quality standards.
  • Customer Service: Address customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage.
  • Reporting: Prepare and submit regular reports to management.
