Job Summary:

The Leadership Content and Program Lead will be responsible for creating educational materials and resources to support leadership development initiatives, under the direction of the Manager, Leadership Development. This role will also involve program administration work.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collect and analyze data to identify gaps between current performance and desired performance.
  • Define program outcomes, learning outcomes, and learning objectives.
  • Create instructional materials and supporting resources to meet defined program outcomes.
  • Develop assessment tools to measure learner understanding.
  • Establish evaluation metrics to measure long-term behavior change as a result of program participation.
  • Assess program outcomes and effectiveness for continuous improvement.
  • Support the delivery of leadership initiatives, including program planning and implementation, stakeholder communication, and auditing courses.
  • Design leadership resources to support individual, self-directed learning, such as posters, lunch and learn sessions, newsletter articles, infographics, leadership tip sheets, and more.
  • Stay up-to-date on the latest leadership development topics and practices by researching and participating in relevant initiatives.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Minimum 3 years' experience in instructional design, both classroom and online.
  • Advanced proficiency in PowerPoint.
  • Strong project management, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a collaborative work environment.
  • A post-secondary education in adult education is preferred.
