At Ramen Raijin, we are seeking an experienced Executive Culinary Manager to lead our kitchen team.
- Responsibilities:
- Maintain records of food costs, sales, and inventory.
- Create new recipes and menus.
- Instruct cooks in preparation, cooking, and presentation of food.
- Supervise cooks and other kitchen staff.
- Prepare and cook food on a regular basis.
- Train staff in preparation, cooking, and handling of food.
- Manage kitchen inventory and supplies.
- Ensure high-quality food presentation and service.
Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience in a senior culinary role.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Ability to train and develop staff.
