Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Physical Security Specialist to join our team at CB Canada. As a Senior Physical Security Specialist, you will be responsible for conducting threat and risk assessments, ensuring facility security clearance compliance, and developing security plans, policies, and procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

* Conduct threat and risk assessments to identify potential security risks and develop mitigation strategies
* Ensure facility security clearance compliance with Contract Security Program (CSP) and Canadian Industrial Security Directorate (CISD) regulations
* Develop and implement security plans, policies, and procedures to ensure the safety and security of personnel and assets
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address security risks

Requirements:

* Minimum 10 years of experience in physical security
* Experience managing security projects and leading teams
* Project management experience
* CPP and PSP certifications preferred
* Strong understanding of IT security, personnel security, supply chain/materiel security, security awareness, and training

Additional Information:

* Must be able to obtain and maintain a government clearance
