Human and Labour Rights Program Director – Job Opportunity

**About the Role:**

We are seeking a skilled Program Director to manage our international solidarity projects, facilitate partnerships between Latin American and Canadian organizations, and promote workers' rights.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement project proposals and reports on CoDevelopment Canada's work
  • Foster solidarity-based partnerships between Latin American and Canadian partners
  • Communicate with partners, prepare project materials, and present reports

About You:

To succeed in this role, you should have strong project management skills, excellent communication abilities, and experience working with international partners.

Benefits:

This is a 0.80 full-time position (30 hours per week) with a starting annual salary of $56,132.24, plus a generous vacation, pension, and benefits package.

Requirements:

The successful candidate will have a degree in a relevant field and at least 2 years of experience in project management or a related field.
