We are seeking a highly skilled Insurance Evaluator to join our team at MURRICK INSURANCE SERVICES (NEW WESTMINSTER) LTD.

About the Role:

The successful candidate will be responsible for assessing potential client markets, calculating premiums, and establishing client insurance coverage.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Market Assessment: Evaluate institutional, business, or individual client markets to identify opportunities and challenges.
  • Premium Calculation: Calculate premiums based on client requirements and risk profiles.
  • Client Coverage: Establish client insurance coverage by ensuring appropriate forms, medical examinations, and policy requirements are completed.
  • Claim Monitoring: Monitor insurance claims and respond to clients' enquiries in a timely and professional manner.
  • Policy Information: Provide information concerning group and individual insurance packages, risk coverage, benefits paid, and policy features.

Requirements:
  • Licence: Provincial or territorial licence is required.
  • Skills: Excellent oral communication, excellent written communication, and strong organizational skills.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role.

Benefits:

Location:

This role is based in New Westminster, BC, with regular working hours of 35 hours per week.
