Food Service Team Lead

Pita Land is seeking a skilled Food Service Supervisor to lead our culinary team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality of food and service in our restaurant.
Key Responsibilities- Establish Work Schedules: Create and manage work schedules to meet the needs of our restaurant.
- Supervise Staff: Lead and train our culinary team to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to provide exceptional service.
- Manage Inventory: Oversee the ordering and inventory of food and supplies to ensure we have what we need to meet customer demand.
- Ensure Quality Control: Monitor and maintain the highest standards of food quality and presentation.
- Prepare Budgets: Develop and manage budgets to ensure we are operating efficiently and effectively.
Requirements
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role.
- Certifications: Safe Food Handling certificate.
