Dental Operations Manager

DentalZen is seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Dental Operations Manager to join our team. This key role plays a vital part in ensuring the smooth operation of our dental clinics, focusing on staff supervision, operational management, and patient experience.
Key Responsibilities:
**Staff Supervision:**
- Oversee staffing and ensure that each staff member understands their position scope, company policies, and receives constructive feedback when needed.
- Act as a liaison between associates and patients, resolving conflicts and providing conflict resolution.
- Identify employees with successful career development opportunities and communicate this information to HR.
**Operational Supervision:**
- Assist the Regional Office Manager in overseeing production and expenditure, maintaining inventory control, and supporting cost reductions.
- Complete administrative tasks, including bank deposits, invoice processing, and preparing estimates for insurance as required.
- Maintain patient data according to regulations and company policies, ensuring secure storage and compliance with privacy and security regulations.
**Patient Experience:**
- Set the standard for communication with patients, responding efficiently and appropriately to patient needs and inquiries.
- Manage patient scheduling, direct patient traffic flow, and oversee new patient intake.
Requirements:
We are looking for a professional with excellent leadership skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in dental operations management, preferably with experience in staff supervision, inventory control, and patient management.
Salary:** $60,000 - $80,000 per year (dependent on location and experience).
