Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our team at Durabuilt Windows & Doors. As a key member of our Service Department, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer experiences and ensuring timely resolution of service inquiries.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as the primary point of contact for customer service inquiries, addressing concerns and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Administer service concerns from case creation to order management, scheduling, and service module management.
  • Interact with the CX Manager to manage performance and outstanding service work orders.
  • Document quality cases and ensure resolution with Corporate Business Units.
  • Manage and develop chargeable service opportunities.
  • Responsible for scheduling service appointments and taking payment information.
  • Compile reports on overall customer satisfaction.
  • Handle changes in policies or renewals.
  • Provide support to service as required by customer demand.

Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • 2+ years' customer service experience, with call center experience an asset.
  • Equivalent experience will be considered.
  • Effective communication skills in English, both verbal and written.
  • Troubleshooting abilities to analyze problems and provide solutions.
  • Ability to handle and resolve escalated inquiries and issues.
  • High comfort level working in a fast-paced team environment.
  • Proactive and able to assimilate new information quickly.
  • Ability to prioritize daily work and organize to meet multiple deadlines.
  • Intermediate to advanced proficiency in computer skills in Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio.
