Job Overview

We are currently seeking a skilled Industrial Electrician to work on a full-time, permanent basis out of our facility. The successful candidate will be responsible for completing scheduled PM's in a timely manner, responding to breakdowns with urgency, and providing guidance and training to apprentices and junior tradespersons.

Responsibilities

  • Work as a member of the Maintenance team to complete scheduled PM's and make recommendations for continuous improvement.
  • Respond to breakdowns with a sense of urgency.
  • Complete detailed work logs for all repairs to help our predictive maintenance process.
  • Understand and apply the Electrical Safety Code at all times.
  • Provide guidance and training to apprentices and junior tradespersons.

Qualifications

  • Licensed 442A or 309A Electrician with strong working knowledge of the Electrical Safety Code.
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience working in a fast-paced, highly automated manufacturing environment.
  • Experience with PLC's, variable frequency drives, and motion control.
