Hyundai Auto Canada Corp. is a leading automotive brand in Canada, committed to providing world-class products and exceptional customer experiences. We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Experience Coordinator to join our team in Markham, Ontario.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Respond to customer inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Analyze requests for assistance and advise customers and dealers on current policies and procedures.
  • Liaise with internal teams and external partners to resolve complex customer issues.
  • Perform administrative duties, including data entry and project management.
  • Assist in identifying trends to improve customer experience.
Requirements:
  • 2-5 years of experience in customer service or a related field.
  • Completion of a secondary school diploma and college diploma or equivalent.
  • Excellent communication skills in English and French.
  • Good MS Office skills, particularly MS PowerPoint and MS Excel.
