Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Express Assistant Manager to join our team at St-Hubert Rigaud. As an Express Assistant Manager, you will be responsible for assisting the Restaurant Manager in the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, ensuring exceptional customer service, and maintaining a clean and safe environment for our guests.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist the Restaurant Manager in the planning and execution of daily operations, including staff scheduling, inventory management, and customer service initiatives.
  • Supervise and train staff members to ensure they are meeting the highest standards of customer service and food quality.
  • Monitor and control labor costs, inventory levels, and other operational expenses to ensure profitability.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Collaborate with the Restaurant Manager to achieve sales and profit goals.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; post-secondary education in hospitality or a related field an asset.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a restaurant management or supervisory role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
