TalentSphere Staffing Solutions is seeking a dedicated and experienced Medical Radiology Technologist (X-Ray Technologist) to join our client's team in Etobicoke, ON.

In this role, you will play a vital part in delivering high-quality diagnostic imaging services to patients. You will utilize your expertise and skills to conduct precise x-ray procedures, ensuring accuracy and efficiency while prioritizing patient comfort and well-being.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform detailed and accurate diagnostic x-ray procedures.
  • Maintain the highest standards of quality, confidentiality, and timely service delivery.
  • Provide compassionate care to patients, ensuring their comfort and confidence throughout the imaging process.
  • Prepare comprehensive reports and address technical inquiries effectively.
  • Demonstrate a thorough understanding of company procedures and protocols, including examination performance, documentation, booking systems, and equipment operation across various locations.
  • Actively pursue ongoing professional development through training courses and workshops.
  • Be flexible and willing to fulfill additional duties and work varying hours as needed.
Qualifications & Requirements:
  • Current registration with the College of Medical Radiation Technologists of Ontario and Certification with the Canadian Association of Radiation Technologists (O.A.M.R.S. & C.A.M.R.T).
  • Graduation from an approved Radiography training program.
  • Certifications in BMD and mammography are preferred.
  • Proficiency in IT skills, including PACS troubleshooting.
  • Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Demonstrated accountability, flexibility, and initiative.
  • 1-2 years of related experience in a clinical setting.
  • Ensure continuous maintenance of CMRTIO or equivalent provincial certification/license, including maintaining up-to-date documentation in personnel files and possessing individual liability insurance.
  • Possess a current CPR certificate.
