Radiologic Technologist, CT Angio

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Radiologic Technologist, CT Angio to join our Medical Imaging team at Humber River Health. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for performing CT and Interventional Radiology procedures, operating various equipment, and ensuring the highest level of patient care.
Responsibilities- Perform CT and Interventional Radiology procedures as per department protocols or as directed by the Radiologist.
- Operate all types of equipment used within the department, including CT scanners, Interventional systems, and Multipurpose Rooms.
- Prepare and assess patients for CT scans or Interventional Procedures, including obtaining contrast consent and confirming exam validity.
- Complete exam processes by reviewing images, confirming documentation, and presenting to Radiologists for reporting via PACS.
- Knowledge of and adherence to radiation safety practices for patient, colleague, and occupational protection.
- Registration with the College of Medical Radiation and Imaging Technologists of Ontario (CMRITO) in good standing.
- Registration with the Canadian Association of Medical Radiation Technologists (CAMRT) preferred.
- CT and Interventional Radiology certificate preferred.
- Previous experience in CT and Interventional Radiology preferred.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Good teamwork and customer service skills.
- IV certification required.
