Key Responsibilities:- Supervise and coordinate the activities of staff, including apprentices, sales workers, and design team members.
- Assign sales workers to duties and ensure that they are equipped to provide excellent customer service.
- Hire and train new staff members, or arrange for their training, to ensure that they meet the high standards of Cordial Convenience.
- Authorize payments by cheque and ensure that all financial transactions are handled in accordance with company policies.
- Establish work schedules and ensure that staff are aware of their duties and responsibilities.
- Prepare reports on sales volumes, merchandising, and personnel matters to inform business decisions.
- Resolve issues that may arise, including customer complaints and supply shortages, in a timely and professional manner.
- 5-10 years of experience in a retail supervisory role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and make sound decisions in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic security clearance and bondability.
- Own transportation and a valid driver's license.
