About the Role

At Shell, we are looking for a skilled Retail Store Supervisor to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our retail store and leading a team of sales workers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assign tasks and duties to sales workers, ensuring they have the necessary support to deliver excellent customer service.
  • Autorize the return of merchandise in accordance with company policies.
  • Sell products to customers, achieving sales targets while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Prepare regular reports on sales volumes, merchandising, and personnel matters, providing insights to inform business decisions.
  • Resolve issues promptly, addressing customer complaints, supply shortages, and other operational challenges.
  • Organize and maintain inventory levels, minimizing stockouts and overstocking.
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of sales workers, ensuring seamless store operations.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you should possess:

  • A Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 1-2 years of relevant experience in retail management or a related field.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, enabling effective collaboration with colleagues and customers.
  • The ability to work under pressure, manage multiple tasks, and prioritize responsibilities.
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing circumstances and meet deadlines.
  • Strong organizational skills, ensuring efficient inventory management and store operations.
  • Reliability, punctuality, and a commitment to delivering exceptional results.
Working Conditions

This is a fast-paced environment that requires:

  • Walking and standing for extended periods.
  • Ability to work in a dynamic setting with varying levels of customer traffic.
Salary and Benefits
