About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Culinary Team Member to join our team at Alpine Meadows Resort Inc.

Key Responsibilities
  • Procurement and Inventory Management

Requisition food and kitchen supplies to ensure seamless operations.

Culinary Operations

Prepare and cook complete meals or individual dishes and foods to meet the highest standards of quality and presentation.

Quality Control and Assurance

Inspect kitchens and food service areas to maintain a clean and safe environment.

Staff Training and Development

Train staff in preparation, cooking, and handling of food to ensure consistency and excellence.

Supply Chain Management

Order supplies and equipment to maintain optimal kitchen operations.

Team Leadership

Supervise kitchen staff and helpers to ensure efficient and effective workflow.

Record Keeping and Reporting

Maintain inventory and records of food, supplies, and equipment to inform business decisions.

Cleanliness and Maintenance

Clean kitchen and work areas to maintain a safe and healthy environment.

Staff Recruitment and Hiring

Recruit and hire staff to meet the needs of the culinary team.

Requirements
  • Education

Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.

Experience

1 to less than 7 months of experience in a similar role.

Language

English language proficiency.

Work Hours

37.5 hours per week.
