Culinary Team Member

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Culinary Team Member to join our team at Boston Pizza. As a key member of our kitchen staff, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking complete meals and individual dishes to the highest standards.
Key Responsibilities- Food Preparation: Prepare and cook complete meals and individual dishes, ensuring that all food is prepared to the highest standards of quality and presentation.
- Customer Service: Prepare dishes for customers with food allergies or intolerances, and provide excellent customer service to ensure a positive dining experience.
- Kitchen Management: Inspect kitchens and food service areas to ensure that they are clean and well-maintained, and train staff in preparation, cooking, and handling of food.
- Leadership: Supervise kitchen staff and helpers, and maintain inventory and records of food, supplies, and equipment.
- Recruitment: Recruit and hire staff as needed, and manage kitchen operations to ensure that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role.
- Work Setting: Restaurant environment.
- Language: English.
- Hours of Work: 30 to 40 hours per week.
