Job Description

  • The ideal candidate will possess excellent education and experience in animal care, with a focus on laboratory testing, restraint, and surgical assistance.
  • Responsibilities will include collecting samples, performing laboratory tests, and assisting veterinarians during surgeries.
  • You will also be responsible for preparing and administering medications, as well as providing nursing care and rehabilitation therapy to animals.
  • In addition, you may perform office management and clerical duties, as well as routine animal dental procedures.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • A college diploma or certificate in veterinary technology is required.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced environment and handling heavy loads is essential.
  • Excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and manual dexterity are also necessary.
