Restaurant Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Restaurant Operations Manager to join our team at ALDRED RESTAURANTS LTD dba McDonalds Restaurants. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our fast food restaurants, ensuring exceptional customer service, and driving business growth.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement operational strategies to improve efficiency and productivity
- Lead a team of over 20 employees, providing guidance and support to ensure excellent customer service and high-quality food products
- Manage cash handling, inventory, and supplies, ensuring accurate records and minimizing waste
- Conduct performance reviews and provide feedback to team members to drive growth and development
- Collaborate with suppliers to negotiate arrangements for food and other supplies, ensuring the best possible prices and quality
- Participate in marketing plans and implementation, promoting our brand and services to drive sales and growth
- Address customer complaints and concerns in a professional and timely manner
- Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring a positive experience for all customers
- Plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily operations, ensuring seamless execution and continuous improvement
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a large workload
- Reliability and dependability
- Team player with excellent oral and written communication skills
