Job SummaryThe ideal candidate will have food service and management experience, strong verbal and written communication skills, and proficiency in PC skills. They will be responsible for motivating staff to enhance sales, control costs, and inventory, while upholding high standards of excellence and customer service.
Expected Outcomes- Successfully manage locations to achieve profitability by maximizing sales, controlling labor costs, and maintaining accurate inventory levels.
- Mentor employees to deliver exceptional guest service, ensuring a positive dining experience for all customers.
- Monitor and maintain the corporate budget, providing daily inventory counts and submitting weekly inventory reports.
- Ensure that all labor costs remain within budget and that sales meet revenue targets.
