Toon Boom is seeking a highly skilled Senior Unity/Godot Software Developer to join our team. As a key member of our development team, you will play a crucial role in designing and implementing software solutions to support the import and conversion of Harmony-based game assets in Unity/Godot.

Responsibilities
  • Design and develop software in Unity/Godot to efficiently handle the import and conversion of Harmony-based game assets.
  • Develop software in Harmony to enable seamless integration with Unity/Godot.
  • Determine and provide accurate estimates for design and development tasks.
  • Implement user-friendly software components that meet our high standards.
  • Evaluate the feasibility of new features and technologies.
  • Write and execute unit tests to ensure the quality of our software.
  • Identify and fix bugs in our codebase.
  • Pursue innovative solutions to improve our software and processes.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent.
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience as a Unity/Godot developer.
  • Strong proficiency in Unity/Godot scripting.
  • Knowledge of C++ and JavaScript is an asset.
  • Ability to work independently on dedicated projects.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest changes in Unity/Godot and the gaming industry.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in software development, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to communicate effectively with the team. We offer a competitive salary range of $120,000 - $160,000 per year, depending on experience.
