The Opportunity

We are seeking a Project Coordinator to assist with our work in East Windsor. Reporting to our Project Manager, this role involves:

  • Detailed constructability reviews to develop project schedules and procurement requirements.
  • Planning and implementing engineering and construction programs, including defining project plans, activities, milestones, and manpower requirements.
  • Providing status reports of project milestones and adjusting schedules as needed.
  • Coordinating the preparation and delivery of project deliverables, design documents, as-built drawings, turnover documents, etc.
  • Reviewing project design for compliance with engineering principles, company standards, customer contract requirements, and related specifications.
  • Coordinating activities relating to technical developments, scheduling, and resolving engineering design and test problems.
  • Evaluating and recommending design changes, specifications, and drawing releases.
  • Interfacing with customers to provide project status reports and ensure customer needs are met.
  • Providing status and progress reports to customers, project teams, and management.
  • Forecasting and tracking change orders and scope changes.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A post-secondary education in construction management, engineering technologist, or EIT.
  • Excellent analytical and organizational skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • Computer literacy.
Compensation

We offer a competitive salary range of $65,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience.
