Job Overview

  • Lead, manage, and coordinate all phases of construction projects, ensuring timely completion, quality standards, and budget adherence.
  • Utilize civil trade certification skills and technical training on-site to drive project success.
  • Collaborate closely with the project team to ensure seamless execution and delivery.

Responsibilities

Safety and Quality Management:

• Ensure safety standards are met on-site, fostering a culture of responsibility among the workforce.

Leadership and Supervision:

• Provide effective leadership and supervision to construction crews, promoting open communication, trust, and accountability.

Project Coordination:

• Coordinate all aspects of construction projects, including material purchases, equipment deliveries, and site organization.

Quality Assurance:

• Conduct regular inspections to ensure compliance with contract specifications, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.

Communication:

• Communicate effectively with project stakeholders, including contractors, clients, and internal teams, ensuring clear understanding of project requirements and progress.

Performance Monitoring:

• Monitor project progress, timelines, and budgets, providing regular performance feedback to the workforce and addressing any issues promptly.

What We Offer

A competitive base salary of $90,000 - $110,000 per year, comprehensive benefits package, opportunities for professional development, and a positive company culture that values teamwork and leadership.

About You

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • 5+ years of experience in civil construction management or a related field.
  • Civil trade certification and strong background in Concrete Placing.
  • Effective communication and leadership skills, with a proven track record of leading construction crews to success.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.

Location

This role is based in the Windsor region, with occasional overnight travel required.
