About the Role

We're seeking a highly skilled Electrical Project Coordinator to oversee electrical projects from start to finish. As an Electrical Project Coordinator, you will be responsible for ensuring that all electrical projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Schedule and coordinate site personnel to ensure project objectives are met
  • Assist with optimizing mechanical and electrical design drawings
  • Participate in the preparation and negotiation of mechanical and electrical subcontracts
  • Monitor the overall progress of the project and take corrective action where necessary
  • Maintain a respectful and engaging work environment for all employees
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety policies and procedures
  • Maintain effective relationships with customers, consultants, and subcontractors
  • Prepare and review reports on project progress, costs, and materials used
Requirements
  • Proficient in Bluebeam software
  • Understanding of construction execution strategy
  • Must possess maintenance and industrial oil field electrical experience with a journeyman ticket in Electrical or instrumentation
  • Working knowledge of scheduling, project controls, Work Breakdown Structures, Earned Value Management
  • High level of attention to detail
  • Strong interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills
  • Able to work safely and follow procedures
  • Ability to plan, organize, budget, and monitor project performance
  • Reliable and dependable individual who is punctual and ready to work
