Job Summary

This is a challenging and rewarding role that requires a strong understanding of diesel engines and their components. As a Diesel Mechanic, you will be responsible for diagnosing and repairing complex issues with our fleet vehicles, ensuring they are running smoothly and efficiently.

About the Role
  • Diagnose and repair diesel engine faults using computerized testing equipment and technical knowledge.
  • Troubleshoot and inspect equipment to detect faults and malfunctions.
  • Perform routine maintenance tasks, including oil changes, tire rotations, and brake pad replacements.
  • Instruct apprentices on diesel engine maintenance and repair techniques.
Requirements
  • A minimum of 1 year of experience as a diesel mechanic.
  • Strong knowledge of diesel engines and their components.
  • Excellent diagnostic and problem-solving skills.
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team.
