Job Title: Assistant Housekeeping Manager

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Assistant Housekeeping Manager to join our team at Alliance Maintenance Ltd.

Job Summary:

The Assistant Housekeeping Manager will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our housekeeping department, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively. This includes supervising housekeeping staff, coordinating activities, and maintaining a clean and safe work environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Select and purchase equipment and supplies to maintain a clean and efficient work environment
  • Plan and coordinate activities of housekeeping supervisors and crews to ensure timely completion of tasks
  • Coordinate inspections of assigned areas to ensure compliance with safety standards and departmental policies
  • Supervise staff to ensure they are meeting expectations and providing excellent customer service
  • Maintain inventory of supplies, equipment, and uniforms to ensure adequate stock levels
  • Schedule and assign duties of housekeeping staff to ensure efficient use of resources
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a housekeeping or related role
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Attention to detail and ability to multitask
