About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and experienced Flooring Supervisor to join our team at Crown Flooring and Construction Ltd. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for supervising workers and projects, coordinating activities, and ensuring the successful completion of flooring installations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise a team of 5-10 workers, including tilesetters and floor covering installers
  • Coordinate and schedule activities to meet project deadlines
  • Train or arrange for training to ensure team members have the necessary skills and knowledge
  • Estimate costs and materials for projects
  • Recommend personnel actions to ensure a high-performing team
  • Requisition or order materials, equipment, and supplies as needed
Requirements
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in the field
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Ability to work on the road and travel as required
