Position Overview

Crown Flooring and Construction Ltd is seeking a dedicated Floor Covering Supervisor to oversee our flooring projects and manage a team of skilled workers. This role is essential for ensuring high-quality installations and maintaining project timelines.

Qualifications
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience: 1 to 2 years in a supervisory role within the flooring industry
Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of workers involved in flooring installations
  • Schedule project timelines and manage workflow
  • Provide training or arrange for training of new employees
  • Estimate costs and materials required for projects
  • Recommend personnel actions based on performance
  • Order necessary materials, equipment, and supplies
Team Management

You will be responsible for supervising a team of 5-10 individuals, including:

  • Tilesetters
  • Floor covering installers
Personal Attributes

The ideal candidate will be organized and capable of managing multiple tasks efficiently.
