Landscape Maintenance Specialist

At Ontario Ltd, we are seeking a skilled Landscape Maintenance Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our outdoor workforce, you will be responsible for maintaining the beauty and functionality of our clients' outdoor spaces.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with landscape constructions, including planting, pruning, and mulching.
  • Cut grass and maintain lawns to ensure a neat and tidy appearance.
  • Rake and collect refuse, and remove litter and garbage to keep our outdoor spaces clean.
  • Cart and spread topsoil and other materials as needed.
  • Repair and maintain equipment to ensure optimal performance.
  • Write daily basic progress reports to keep our team informed.
  • Water and tend to plants, lawns, and/or gardens to ensure their health and well-being.
  • Operate and maintain landscape maintenance equipment, including pick-up trucks, small engine equipment, tractors, and weed trimmers.

Requirements:

  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience an asset.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and under pressure.
  • Physical stamina to perform physically demanding tasks.
  • Manual dexterity and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
