Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled landscape technician to join our team at Ontario Ltd. As a landscape worker, you will be responsible for maintaining our clients' properties and ensuring their landscapes are well-manicured and beautiful.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist with landscape constructions, including cutting grass, raking, and collecting refuse.
  • Cut grass, rake, and collect refuse to maintain a neat and tidy landscape.
  • Remove litter and garbage to keep the area clean and safe.
  • Cart and spread topsoil and other materials as needed.
  • Repair and maintain equipment to ensure it is in good working order.
  • Write daily basic progress reports to keep our clients informed.
  • Water and tend to plants, lawns, and/or gardens to keep them healthy and thriving.
  • Operate and maintain landscape maintenance equipment, including pick-up trucks, small engine equipment, tractor mowers, and weed trimmers/edgers.
Requirements
  • Experience in landscape maintenance or a related field is an asset.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
  • Physical ability to perform manual labor, including lifting, bending, and standing for long periods.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Reliability and dependability are essential.
