As a Regional Service Manager, you will play a critical role in leading a skilled trades operation and driving team engagement to achieve service level agreements and performance metrics.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a team of technicians for the assigned region
  • Develop and implement processes and standard operating procedures
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to review, develop, and refine processes
  • Investigate and resolve operational issues
  • Act with a high degree of urgency in resolving issues to ensure timely resolution and client satisfaction

Requirements:

  • 8-10 years of trades operations work experience, with at least 5 years at the supervisory or management level
  • In-depth knowledge of applicable regulatory requirements and maintains current awareness
  • Technical expertise in one or more of skilled trades discipline – refrigeration, electrical, plumbing
  • Ability to lead and engage a team of skilled trades employees and drive performance to ensure all requirements are achieved
