Nurse Practitioner

Southbridge Care Homes is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Registered Nurse to join our team. As a Registered Nurse, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care to our residents, ensuring their safety, health, and happiness.
Duties and Responsibilities:- Develop and implement individualized care plans for residents, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
- Assess and monitor residents' health status, identifying potential issues and taking proactive measures to prevent complications.
- Supervise and direct nursing staff, providing guidance and support to ensure excellent care delivery.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement care plans, ensuring a holistic approach to resident care.
- Provide education and training to nursing staff on best practices, new procedures, and emerging trends in long-term care.
- Current certificate of competence from the College of Nurses of Ontario.
- Registered/eligible for registration with the Registered Nurses Association of Ontario.
- Previous experience in long-term care, with a strong understanding of resident needs and care delivery.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with residents, families, and healthcare teams.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple responsibilities.
