AI/ML Solution Architect

We are seeking a highly skilled AI/ML Solution Architect to join our team at Maplesoft Group. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for guiding and advising a team of developers in their work, providing mentoring, guidance, knowledge sharing, and helping team members grow their technical skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide technical leadership and guidance to a team of developers, ensuring that coding standards are followed and team members are equipped with the necessary skills to succeed.
- Play a key role in solution architecture and design, making technical decisions on technologies, frameworks, and tools selection.
- Document significant architecture decisions and communicate them to stakeholders, ensuring that all parties are informed and aligned.
- Identify risks and costs associated with technical decisions and document them within the decision registry.
- Ensure that documentation is created and maintained for architecture, design, development, and deployment processes.
- Collaborate with various stakeholders, including business SMEs, business sponsors, product owners, scrum masters, and other technical teams, to ensure that technical decisions are taken and documented.
- Author architecture decisions, identifying the best compromise to address business needs while considering TCO, business implications, and technical implications.
