Job Title: AI/ML Solution Architect

We are seeking a highly skilled AI/ML Solution Architect to join our team at Nexus Systems Group Inc. as a key member of our technology leadership team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and develop architectural solutions for AI and machine learning applications that align with our business and technology strategy.
  • Develop and maintain technical roadmaps for AI and machine learning solutions that meet our enterprise standards and best practices.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of AI and machine learning solutions with our existing technology infrastructure.
  • Provide technical leadership and guidance to our development teams on AI and machine learning technologies and best practices.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in AI and machine learning technologies and apply this knowledge to drive innovation and improvement in our solutions.
Requirements:
  • 10+ years of IT experience with a strong background in software development and architecture.
  • 5+ years of experience in end-to-end solutions involving multiple technology platforms and developing solutions leveraging established architecture/design frameworks.
  • 2+ years of experience in Agile, DevOps, and iterative software development.
  • Practical experience in addressing data management challenges as part of architecture solution development.
  • Hands-on experience in Microservices design, Event-driven architecture, ETL and data solutions, and System resiliency engineering.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and influencing skills with the ability to build and foster relationships with business partners, project stakeholders, strategic technology partners, and external vendors.
  • Bachelor (equivalent or higher) degree in Computer Science, Engineering or related discipline.

  • Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze complex technical problems and develop effective solutions.
  • Strong leadership and mentoring skills with the ability to guide and develop the skills of our development teams.
  • Ability to work in a dynamic environment with multiple priorities and deadlines.
