About the Role

SymphonyAI is seeking a highly skilled AI/ML Solution Architect to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for designing and implementing cutting-edge AI/ML solutions that drive business growth and innovation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement AI/ML solutions that meet business requirements and drive revenue growth.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement cloud-native architectures that support AI/ML workloads.
  • Lead the development of technical standards and best practices for AI/ML solutions.
  • Provide technical guidance and support to development teams to ensure successful delivery of AI/ML projects.
  • Stay up-to-date with emerging AI/ML trends and technologies to ensure our solutions remain competitive and innovative.
Requirements
  • 10+ years of experience in software application development and 5+ years of experience in AI/ML architecture/design.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with clients, project team members, and senior stakeholders.
  • Experience working in a product, consulting, or Software as a Service (SaaS) environment.
  • Ability to explain technical concepts in business language to a variety of stakeholders.
  • Experience communicating with and influencing technical, business, and information security stakeholders to drive outcomes.
  • Established competence in managing and developing technical delivery resources.
  • Practical experience of information security requirements for providing services out of a public cloud environment.
  • Working experience of Agile and DevOps delivery models.
  • Experience in databases such as Oracle, PostgreSQL.
  • Experience of working on and deploying highly secure web-based applications on J2EE Application Servers such as RedHat JBoss EAP, IBM WebSphere Application server.
  • Experience of working on Linux and Unix environments.
  • Practical experience of production deployments utilizing AWS PaaS components - specifically, RDS, EMR, EKS, Kafka, Spark, Cognito, and OpenSearch or their Azure equivalents.
  • Practical experience of containerized deployments making use of Kubernetes, AWS EKS, or Azure AKS.
  • Working experience of performance analysis and optimization techniques for Databases, J2EE Application Servers, and applications running on Hadoop clusters.
  • Working experience of Infrastructure as Code (IaC), specifically Ansible, Terraform, and AWS CloudFormation for the definition and provision of environments, solutions, and services.
  • Working experience of the deployment, management, maintenance, and utilization of big data platforms such as Cloudera Data Platform (CDP).
  • Experience in defining and implementing cloud architecture processes and policies.
  • Experience in redefining software applications for cloud-native deployment.
  • Overseeing cloud security processes and controls.
  • Experience in leading structured and objective evaluations of third-party suppliers and software solutions.
