Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive graduate recruitment strategy, aligned with the Faculty's goals and objectives.
  • Conduct research and analysis to inform Faculty strategy and program-specific tactics, ensuring the Faculty meets annual graduate enrollment targets.
  • Collaborate with the Associate Dean, Graduate Studies, and other stakeholders to develop and maintain up-to-date knowledge of the Faculty's masters and doctoral programs.
  • Develop and maintain a strategic social media engagement plan to promote the Faculty's graduate programs and engage with prospective students.
  • Manage the graduate recruitment budget, ensuring equitable distribution of funds for individual program initiatives.
Qualifications:
  • University degree in a field related to communications and marketing, with a graduate degree preferred.
  • Proven experience in communications and/or marketing, with a strong understanding of digital communications tools.
  • Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills, with the ability to develop marketing plans based on research and data analysis.
  • Strong sense of design and creative choices to support brand and messaging.
  • Ability to engage professionally with diverse groups, particularly faculty members, staff, and students.
