About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Floor Covering Assistant to join our team at Central Alberta Tile One. As a key member of our installation team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the successful completion of our projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Load, unload, and transport construction materials to and from job sites.
  • Clean and organize salvaged materials, ensuring a safe and efficient work environment.
  • Respond to chemical spills and other contaminants, following established protocols to minimize disruptions.
  • Remove rubble and debris from construction sites, maintaining a clean and organized workspace.
  • Prepare floors for tile installations, adhering to our high standards of quality and attention to detail.
  • Maintain and organize work materials and supplies, ensuring they are readily available for our installation team.
  • Notify supervisors or repairers of mechanical malfunctions, ensuring prompt resolution and minimizing downtime.
  • Clean and maintain our equipment and work areas, adhering to our health and safety protocols.
  • Follow established emergency and safety procedures, prioritizing the well-being of our team and clients.
