Job Title: Room Attendant

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Room Attendant to join our team at Best Western Cranbrook Hotel. As a Room Attendant, you will be responsible for ensuring the cleanliness and comfort of our guest rooms.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Ensure all guest rooms are clean and tidy, including making beds, changing sheets, and restocking linens.
  • Restock amenities such as towels, toiletries, and trash bags.
  • Perform light housekeeping duties, including dusting, vacuuming, and polishing furniture and fixtures.
  • Respond to guest requests for extra supplies or services.
  • Work collaboratively with other hotel staff to ensure seamless service delivery.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Previous experience in housekeeping or a related field an asset.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Physical ability to lift, bend, and stand for extended periods.
