Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Housekeeping Attendant to join our team at Prestige Rocky Mountain Resort Cranbrook. As a key member of our housekeeping team, you will be responsible for ensuring the cleanliness and maintenance of our guest rooms and public areas.

Responsibilities
  • Cleaning and Maintenance: Sweep, mop, wash, and polish floors, dust furniture, vacuum carpeting, area rugs, draperies, and upholstered furniture, make beds and change sheets, and stock linen closets.
  • Guest Services: Distribute clean towels and toiletries, handle and report lost and found items, and attend to guests' requests for extra supplies or other items.
  • Facilities Management: Clean, disinfect, and polish kitchen and bathroom fixtures and appliances, disinfect operating rooms and other areas, and pick up debris and empty trash containers.
  • Customer Service: Provide basic information on facilities, address customers' complaints or concerns, and maintain a positive and professional attitude in all interactions.
Work Environment

This is a fast-paced environment that requires attention to detail, physical stamina, and the ability to work under pressure. You will be required to stand for extended periods, lift heavy loads, and perform repetitive tasks.

Requirements
  • Education: No degree, certificate, or diploma required.
  • Experience: Will train.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Term: Seasonal.
  • Hours: 30 to 40 hours per week.
