Job Title: Housekeeping Attendant

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Housekeeping Attendant to join our team at Best Western Cranbrook Hotel.

Job Summary:

The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of our hotel rooms, common areas, and public spaces. This is a seasonal position that requires a strong work ethic, flexibility, and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Ensure all hotel rooms, common areas, and public spaces are clean and well-maintained
  • Restock linens, towels, and toiletries as needed
  • Handle and report lost and found items
  • Provide basic information on hotel facilities and services to guests
  • Perform light housekeeping and cleaning duties as required
Work Environment:

This is a fast-paced environment that requires attention to detail, physical stamina, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Physical stamina to perform cleaning and housekeeping duties
